1.PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The Website provides information about José Luis Gonzalez, his biography, books, films, interviews, media appearances, historical research, and related projects.

The Website may also provide links through which visitors can purchase books, view videos, access interviews, visit retailer pages, or learn about film-related projects.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website does not directly process retail purchases, payment-card transactions, film licenses, or distribution agreements.

4.FILM-RELATED RIGHTS AND MATERIALS

The Website contains information and materials relating to Shadow Force and The Last Semester.

Based on ownership records maintained by JLG & Co.:

• Shadow Force was financed by Movie Magic Partners I Ltd., produced by Hill Country Motion Picture Co., Inc., and distributed by Curb/Esquire Films and others. José Luis Gonzalez served as an executive producer and appeared in the film. The ownership interest formerly held through Movie Magic Partners I Ltd. was transferred to José Luis Gonzalez and subsequently assigned to JLG & Co.
• The Last Semester was written, financed, produced, and directed by José Luis Gonzalez through 3LP Productions, LLC. Following the dissolution of that entity, its applicable ownership interests were transferred to José Luis Gonzalez and subsequently assigned to JLG & Co. The film was shot in 1998, post-production was completed in 1999, and the film had not received a general commercial release as of the date reflected in JLG & Co.’s records.

These statements concern the rights and interests asserted by JLG & Co. They do not claim ownership of separately controlled third-party rights, including music, performances, trademarks, distribution materials, reviews, platform content, or other independently owned elements.

No film, clip, trailer, screenplay, poster, still image, character, soundtrack, or related material may be copied, downloaded, screened, broadcast, distributed, exhibited, licensed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from JLG & Co. and any other applicable rights holder.

Viewing information or promotional materials on the Website does not create a public-performance, distribution, synchronization, adaptation, reproduction, or commercial-use license.
